1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. To be eligible for a return, a request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, customer-caused damage, or items returned without original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Promotional items, clearance sale products, and customized or personalized items may also be non-returnable unless they are received damaged or defective.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions for return pickup or self-shipping, depending on service availability in your location.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
Where reverse pickup services are available, we will arrange collection of the product from your delivery address. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.
Shipping charges for self-shipped returns may be reimbursed after inspection, subject to approval and policy terms.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt at our facility. ModaThink.com reserves the right to approve or reject a return request if the product does not meet eligibility criteria or if adequate proof is not provided.
6. Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation of bank details.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Replacements
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement items will be dispatched only after the returned product is approved.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be handled under the return process.
9. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact our support team for further assistance.
